Pasta

These lessons are headed by Gualtiero Marchesi and they are a unique proposal, that is exceptionally think for the opening of the Academy. Participants in four lessons will gain the knowledge and the techniques of preparation and cooking of large materials that are the basis of the Italian cuisine - rice , pasta, fish and meat .

Each lesson will take place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. or from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., under the careful supervision of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi who will guide you through the secrets of cooking .

Each student will be put directly to the stove to realize as illustrated by the Maestro .

At the end of the series of lectures will be given a certificate of participation of the Academy signed personally by Gualtiero Marchesi.
